Fabrication & Welding

We offer a full range of steel and metal fabrication for domestic and commercial applications including structural steel, balconies, staircases, railings and balustrade. Our welding operatives are coded for MIG and MMA

Site Fitting

Our experienced steel site fitters are fully qualified and hold necessary tickets work on a variety of sites and operate site machinery safely. We have experience working on a wide range of commercial and residential sites. Our vans are fully equipped for site work, carrying a full range of equipment including, welding equipment, magnet and hammer drills.

Repairs

Our fully equipped team are prepared to make repairs to any job. Our team of professionals have undertaken a variety of repairs jobs across the UK.

SKJ Steel Services is a family run business, based in Kent, with over 50 years experience in steel fabrication, steel erecting, structural steel work and architectural metalwork.

Whether it’s installing a footbridge or installing steel handrails for a new build development, we deliver a high quality service every time.

Providing steel services nationwide, our metal workshop is based in Kent with close connections into London.

Our workshop has in house coded welders to fabricate steel work for your project. With on site welders also.

Not only do we fabricate any steel work, we supply qualified and experienced steel site fitters to install any of the following ; gates and railings, balconies, staircases, balustrades, mezzanine floors, lift shafts, bridges, foot bridges, cladding and roofing, you name it, if it’s metal we’ll fit it.

Our site fitters will have some of the following tickets: IPAF, PASMA, SLINGER SIGNALLER ,SSSTS, SMSTS and all hold CSCS cards. We also are PTS (personal track safety) trained and work regularly on the railway and London Underground.

All our metal is issued with CE Marking and a mill test certificate that complies with EU legalisation.
